WINTER INTO SPRING GREETINGS
Nourishing self-care is important in a year that promises to bring many changes to us personally, financially, environmentally and politically. This is the “year of the rat,” according to the Chinese Zodiac, and is reputed to be a year of hard work and activity. In any year it is easy to take care of business and forget to take care of ourselves. We often get caught in the cycle of putting internal pressure on ourselves, as well as feeling the external pressure of circumstances. People come into my office because the effects of stress have created tension and pain, wreaked havoc on the digestive system, caused hormone imbalance, decreased the effectiveness of their immune system, and disturbed sleep patterns or mental equilibrium.
I continually find that most of us do not recognize the need to relax and replenish. Even if we do, we are not sure how to really let go of tension in our muscles, nervous system and thinking patterns. Look for clues about your need to relax and refocus in physical sensations and mental outlook. Ask yourself if you are happy. Notice if you feel tired or have nervous energy, feel overly emotional, irritable, fuzzy headed, anxious or preoccupied.
Find ways to draw your awareness away from the external hustle and bustle and inward to the you that looks out from behind your eyes. Slow your breath and soften your body to create some space physically and mentally. Listen to the “still small voice” of intuition that is a faithful friend and guide.
Nourishment and satisfaction come from basic things like laughing, moving, loving and letting ourselves be loved, helping and asking for help, cooking and eating food that tastes good and is good for you too. You can also take a few things off your “to do” list. Take a nap. Stretch, walk, run, swim or work on your hobby.
Below you will see classes and events that are designed to help cultivate nourishing self-care. They include restorative qigong movement and meditation, food sensitivity testing, self-care acupressure facial, and a workshop for cooking (and eating) food prepared according to the principles of Chinese dietary therapy.
As spring moves into summer I hope to offer more workshops that foster creativity and nature experiences. I will be advertising classes in the Eugene Weekly this year so stay tuned.
With warm regards to everyone,
Kamala Quale

QIGONG AT THE YURT
Walking, Breathing and Moving with Qi
Saturday morning Qigong Classes with Kamala
October 27th, November 17th, and December 15th, 10 am - 1 pm
These Saturday morning qigong classes at the yurt offer a refreshing and relaxing nature experience the feeds body and soul. The three hours of continuous practice deepens our ability to feel the healing effects of qigong and be better able to continue our practice at home. This fall we will learn JIN JING GONG - Channels and sinews qigong. Kamala will also introduce a qigong movement form that she calls, Opening to Grace.*
Jin Jing Gong is characterized by shaking, walking and movements that stretch and strengthen the muscles, tendons and joints. Much like a moving yoga, Jin Jing Gong opens the body and promotes the healthy circulation of blood and energy, thus bringing proper nourishment and functioning to the internal organs.
In Opening to Grace we move softly and systematically in all directions as we give and receive life force energy (
qi) from each of our energy centers (
chakras). This beautiful practice helps cultivate a loving relationship with the great unbroken wholeness we find in nature and in ourselves. This practice energizes and calms at the same time. It helps you feel lighter and more connected to your intuitive awareness.
* The phrase, opening to grace, is used frequently in the anusara yoga tradition, and seems perfect for this qigong form.
We will intersperse movement with sitting and standing meditation.
The yurt is located in the Lorane Valley, 30 minutes SW of Eugene.

HERB CORNER:
Immune Support and Herbs for Colds and Sore Throat
One of the many uses of acupuncture and Chinese herbs is to boost the immune system and promote the healthy functioning of the internal organ systems. Our immune system works best when we feel happy and are doing things that are meaningful and satisfying. However, meeting demands from work, school, family and even our creative endeavors can lead to the kind of stress that taxes our immune system and makes us more vulnerable to colds, flu, sinus infection and headache.
The best immune support is to keep your system balanced by getting enough rest, fun, exercise and eating a healthy diet. Acupuncture and herbs that meet your constitutional needs are also best for enhancing your immune system. If you do get sick, acupuncture and herbs can also provide support for reducing and eliminating the symptoms.
For a sore throat or cold there are Chinese herbal formulas that can help reduce and even eliminate symptoms if taken at the first onset of symptoms. Yin Qiao San and Gan Mao Ling can be taken concurrently to reduce sore throat and nasal congestion. I have these formulas at the office along with a new product called Viracin, which is made from plant tannins and reduces the virus count substantially. I find that these three and extra Vitamin C at night is a winning combination. For chronic sinus problems be sure to start a "nose drink" with a gentle saline solution daily to prevent bacteria from accumulating, and to treat an infection that has started.
FOOD SENSITIVITY:
Free Talk and Testing Dates
Carole Warner, ND, LAc and Kamala Quale, LAc will be presenting a
free talk on food sensitivity and how it affects your health,
Thursday October 11, 6:30-8pm, at the Tamarack Wellness Center, 3575 Donald St. in Eugene. Please come and invite your friends to find out about this important topic. Food sensitivities contribute to a wide variety of chronic health problems including: digestive upset - bloating, diarrhea, constipation; respiratory issues - sinusitis, asthma, excess phlegm; pain - joint pain, fibromyalgia, chronic inflammation of tendons and ligaments.
Carole will be testing people for food and environmental sensitivities at Moon and Lotus on Friday and Saturday, October 12 - 13, and November 16-17. Call the office at 345-2220 to schedule an appointment.
Once you have been tested for food sensitivities, you are encouraged to eliminate these foods from your diet for six weeks to clear your system. You can then reintroduce food items one at a time for up to three days and see which ones cause symptoms to reoccur.
Carole and Kamala are available to help with follow-up care as needed. We are working with Capella market and Sundance Natural Foods as resources for ideas about what kinds of foods you can buy to substitute for sensitivities to foods like wheat, dairy, etc. You can contact Elaine at Capella, 2489 Willamette, and Laura at Sundance (vitamin dept), 748 E. 24th, and ask them to point out some options.
WOMEN'S HEALTH:
Inner and Outer Balance with the Help of Hormones
As women, we are motivated to orient our energy externally or internally depending on the hormone balance in a given part of our menstrual cycle and/or stage of life. In The Wisdom of Menopause, Christiane Northrup, M.D. reports that in a study in the 1930's two women, one a psychoanalyst and the other a medical doctor, found that in the first part of the menstrual cycle when estrogen is normally high, women are more focused on their external life. We usually feel good and it is easier to put stresses and problems on the back burner. At ovulation we are more relaxed and receptive to being cared for and loved by others. After ovulation and especially before the period, when progesterone is high and estrogen in lower, we are more focused internally.
In perimenopause and menopause the hormones FSH and LH that trigger estrogen and progesterone production are high and remain high even though we are no longer producing eggs. This change in brain chemistry means that women in midlife are naturally drawn to their inner life. New creative energy is released and we are primed to be in touch with our spiritual nature. The opportunity arises to find a new relationship to ourselves, our issues and our world.
Our biological ebb and flow gives us the opportunity to tune in and reach out on a regular basis. This is another example of the way that as human beings we are tuned and prompted by the universe to be in balance. Inner and outer are two aspects of the whole person just as night and day are to the cycle of the sun. Finding balance and continuity between inner development and outer expression brings happiness and meaning to our lives.
It is easy to ignore nature's inner promptings. For example we often strive to maintain unrealistic levels of activity when we really want to be internal or rest. We loose our ability to relax and replenish. This can drain our reserves and we don't have the vital energy (
qi) we would like to bring to our relationships, creative endeavors or spiritual practice. We don't spend enough time in our inner world to know what our true desires and longings are.
Conversely, we may not reach out to connect, express and work in the world in a way that is satisfying for us. We may feel stuck in a dead end job or relationship. We may not take enough time to develop our social network, friendships, and service work. We forget to ask for help when we need it. A recent study involving women and stress showed that it is important for women to be with other women and children during stressful times because these activities encourage the production of ocytocin, a hormone that decreases the stress hormones.
In each and every moment, our body responds to the events in our life with tension or relaxation, pain or pleasure, restraint or flow. Unresolved emotions and other stress shifts our hormonal balance. Over time this can manifest as PMS, migraines, depression, anxiety, stress eating and weight gain, insomnia, painful or irregular periods and severe menopausal symptoms.
Bodymind acupuncture can help with inner and outer balance and hormone regulation. It can help ease unpleasant physical symptoms and replenish our vital energy so we can enjoy life. Bodymind acupuncture involves the insertion of needles into important acupuncture points, along with inner focusing methods that help explore patterns of mental and emotional tension that manifest as physical symptoms. This opens a doorway to a better understanding of our needs and desires. The names of some of the acupuncture points speak to our inner nature: Inner frontier gate, Spirit path, Gate of Hope, Room of the Will.
Use bodymind acupuncture to facilitate relaxation and stress management, and create a feeling of inner ease. The combination of acupuncture and directed, body-centered awareness, is an empowering method that helps relieve physical symptoms and connect with the joy of living. As emotions clear and the mind quiets, we become aware of the internal and external resources needed to overcome obstacles and move through life transitions.
Hints for Couples from the Couples Weekend Workshop
The weekend workshop that happened at the yurt on Sept 29-30, with Beth Falch-Nielsen offered couples a chance to explore and enhance their relationship in an atmosphere of safety and support. Here are some of the things the participants had to say:
"We learned very helpful tools for nurturing a loving relationship. Tools we can take home and use."
"There was lots of time and space to explore our process."
"My intention in coming was to determine if my relationship was salvageable. I left convinced that it was and with tools to make it so."
"I love the idea of organizing around our lovingness and seeing the divine in my partner."
In the workshop, couples were given exercises to practice together about communication that emphasizes speaking from your own needs, listening to your partner with the intent of really understanding what s/he is saying, and finding win-win solutions to issues that reflect your lovingness and nourish your relationship.
One of the exercises helped couples spend time talking about how their relationship was balanced among a triangle of forces that include: intention, participation and aliveness.
Intention means what you want as an individual and as a couple. Where do you want your relationship to go? It also means clarifying, in the moment, each person's intention for the activity they are engaging in. One person's intention for a "date" may be very different from his or her partners. Participation means how you show up. Do you participate in a way that gets you what you want? Aliveness means the actual energy you have to put towards your intention. Do you save energy for your time together? Or do you use all of your energy in the other activities of your life and give your relationship the leftovers.
I hope to bring Beth back for another couples weekend March 15-16, 2008. Let me know if you want to be on the mailing list for that event.

In summer, the days are longer, the weather is warmer, colors are brighter and nature is flowering. It’s a great time to appreciate our relationship to each other and to mother earth. Below is an excerpt about relationship from “Journey to the Heart,” by Melanie Beattie. The book contains a thought for each day, and I found this one inspiring and seasonally appropriate.
See How Each Soul Has Touched You
Often in our lives, we don’t realize the significance of a relationship until later, when the experience has passed. Then we understand how the person helped us along the way, took us to the next part of our journey, opened us up to begin learning the next lesson. And we see how we, in turn, helped shape that person.
One evening, as I was readying for sleep, I had a vision. I saw clearly before me a scenario of the dance we do with each other. I saw in my heart, understood deeply, the tangible, shaping impact each soul had on my life. Each moment, each interaction with another person, had been important – the quiet interactions, the ones I barely noticed, and the more significant relationships. Each moment – the moments that hurt, the moments that brought joy – had helped. We had touched each other. We were joined in an intricate dance, a dance in which our souls learned and grew.
And we had taken our places with each other on time, for the dance was perfectly choreographed.
I could almost see us waving gleefully to each other, happy for how we had connected, joyful that we had helped each other learn the lessons of the soul: courage, love, forgiveness, gentleness, self-love.
See how each soul touches you? See how you touch them?
Ask your heart to guide you with honesty, love and responsibility
in all your encounters. Honor the sacredness of love. Honor the
lessons of planet earth and the people who help you learn them.
SUMMER SOLSTICE, 2007
This year, June 21st (and the 24 hours before) stood out to me as an exceptional summer solstice, filled with abundance as well as light. I took it as a good omen for the season. I was particularly aware of how much transformation happens before my eyes, and how inspired I am by the people who come into my office in their process of healing. In one day I witnessed courage, willingness, sincerity, sparkle, conviction, enthusiasm, hope and love. These qualities manifested in the way each person dealt with physical and emotional challenges.
One person, who is struggling with a very serious illness, told me about how much she was appreciating her life, her family and the gift of experiencing another spring. Another was able to relax with pain, let go of fear, allow tears, and connect with deep inner peace. A third was following her inner convictions about experiencing how her body symptoms are teaching her about a bigger process of healing in her life. And another was willing to look at patterns of taut and rigid tension in his body and life, and make important changes that reduced his pain in half, and empowered him in his relationship.
These are just a few examples of the remarkable people who come in every day. I’d like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to all of my clients. Thank you for the way you have shaped my healing and learning over the years.

Food and Environmental Sensitivity Testing at Moon and Lotus
Beginning Friday, June 1st, EAV food sensitivity testing will be available at the Lincoln St. office by Carole Warner, ND, LAc. Dr. Warner is a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist who practices in Portland, OR. She specializes in food and environmental sensitivity testing, and she will be coming to Moon and Lotus at regular intervals as we need her. The information below, written by Dr. Warner, describes the benefits and process of EAV testing.
Food and environmental sensitivity testing is a very empowering process, leaving you with a direct experience of how specific foods and environmental substances affect you and your health. If you feel you can benefit from food testing, please call the office at 345-2220 and we will schedule for an appointment. If you cannot come in June, we will let you know about our next testing date.
How does it work?
EAV testing is a technology that is widely used by medical doctors in Europe, and has made its way to the United States. This method of testing is painless and non-invasive (no needles are involved!). While no form of testing is 100% accurate, including allergy testing, EAV testing has been found to be an invaluable tool in helping people to discover what foods or other substances have been affecting their health and how.
Similar to the way an ECG reads the electrical activity of the heart, EAV testing can tell us whether the body is reacting negatively to whatever food or substance is being tested. By testing a wide variety of foods and other substances, we can determine those that do not seem to be a problem as well as those that are. This means that you can continue to eat a broad variety of foods while eliminating foods that are a problem for six weeks. This will allow problematic substances to clear out of your system while you continue to live and work normally. Be it food or environmental substances, only by avoiding all exposure to them, letting them clear out of our system and then reintroducing them slowly, can we determine whether and how they’re effecting us.
Who can benefit?
Many of us are affected either mildly or profoundly by foods or environmental substances. Symptoms can be almost anything, including frequent colds and ear infections, heartburn, constipation or diarrhea, hemorrhoids, stomach aches, headaches or migraines, joint and/ or muscle pain, PMS, ADD, depression or irritability, asthma, painful or excessive periods, allergy/hay fever symptoms, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, insomnia, fatigue, and the list goes on and on. The most frustrating thing is that your reaction to foods or environmental substances can be delayed for as much as a couple of days, making it almost impossible to correlate your symptoms or health problems with the food or substance in question. This is why testing is very helpful.
Is it the same as a blood test for food allergies?
Sensitivity testing is not the same as allergy testing. Truthfully, it is not very common to test positive (or allergic) to very many foods. Unfortunately, that doesn’t mean that foods or other substances aren’t having a causative effect on your various symptoms and health problems, so you are left thinking that there are only a couple of foods that are a problem, when in fact there may be many more that aren’t picked up by allergy testing. Sensitivity testing catches these problem substances, and allows you to put the reliability of the information directly to the test. Once the things you test sensitive to clear out of your system, they can be reintroduced one by one to discover, through direct experience, their effects on your body and your health.
How much does it cost?
Sensitivity Testing is more thorough and less expensive than allergy testing! You will be tested for about 220 foods and 75 environmental substances at less than half the price it would cost you to be allergy tested for that many substances, AND you’ll get a broader picture about which foods and substances may be causing your health problems and weakening your immune system. You can confirm these results yourself.
The fee is $150. to test the 220 foods, and $195 to test the food plus the 75 environmental substances. Insurance may pay part of this cost if your policy covers the services of naturopathic physicians. We ask you to pay fully at the time of service, and we will give you the appropriate paperwork to submit to your insurance company.
By Carole Warner, ND., LAc. Dr Warner is a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist who practices in Portland, OR.
Carole and Kamala will hold a free informational evening about the way that food sensitivity affects your health, at Curves, 23 E. 27th, Thursday, May 30th from 7pm-8pm. RSVP – 345-2220.

ACUPUNCTURE WORKS!
Acupuncture is one of the oldest methods of health care practiced in the world. It is also one of the safest, and addresses the whole person: body, mind, emotions and spirit. Acupuncture can effectively treat many health concerns. A few of these are:
muscle pain, headaches, joint problems, PMS and other women’s health care needs, sciatica, high blood pressure, asthma, anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia, digestive problems, immune support and acute care for colds, flu, sinus and allergy problems.
Acupuncture facilitates relaxation and stress management, and creates a feeling of inner ease.
Bodymind acupuncture: Emotional and psychological issues are often primary factors in our health concerns. These factors influence not only how we experience illness, but also our capacity for getting well. Knowing how to work with the psyche as well as the body is a specialty within the practice of Oriental medicine. Kamala is uniquely qualified to offer this kind of therapy.
In a bodymind acupuncture session we explore your immediate physical, mental and emotional experience to reveal underlying processes that are influencing your health. When these become conscious the next step for healing presents itself. Bodymind acupuncture can help you connect with the inner resources needed to move through challenging life transitions, relationship and family issues, work stress and physical illness.
WHAT’S NEW IN 2007 FOR MOON AND LOTUS
This year Kamala is opening the 700 square foot yurt on her property near Lorane for workshop space, and a new rural community acupuncture center. The yurt is situated in a quiet, and beautifully forested location. It is an open and airy round structure that is pleasant to be in, and feels very connected to the surrounding natural environment. The Moon and Lotus yurt is a great space for movement, meditation, socializing and fun. It is scheduled to open in February, and is located 5 miles north of Lorane on Jackson-Marlow Rd.
Please look below for activities that will be held here.
NEW RURAL COMMUNITY ACUPUNCTURE CENTER
Beginning February 5, 2007, in addition to Kamala’s practice in Eugene, she will be offering a new community centered, low-cost clinic at the Moon and Lotus yurt. It is modeled after modern clinics where patients are treated in a small group setting. You can relax in a recliner or on a massage table separated by screens. Several people are seen per hour which lowers the cost. Treatments are personalized and each person’s privacy is respected.
Clinic hours will be on Mondays from 4 to 6 pm. After an initial, private appointment and health assessment, which is $55, follow-up treatments are $35, with a sliding scale available. Payment is by cash or check at the time of service.
For people who live in Eugene, the 30 minute drive to this location is beautiful, and gives you the feeling of transitioning from busyness to quiet spaciousness. If you would like make an appointment call the Eugene office at 345-2220 and ask about the community clinic.
If you have friends or acquaintances in Lorane, Crow, Veneta, Elmira or Creswell please let them know about it. I always offer 50% off your next treatment when you refer a new client. This applies to my Eugene practice and to this new community clinic near Lorane.

Community Clinic section of this website.
BILLING INSURANCE DIRECTLY
As a convenience to our clients, we are now billing directly for the following insurance companies for people who have acupuncture coverage included in their plan:
Blue Cross, HMA, ODS, OEA, AETNA, ASHN affiliates like Health Net, and any insurance company that covers injuries related motor vehicle accidents or worker’s compensation claims.
This means that at the time of your visit you will pay a co-pay, which may be set by your insurance company, or is the amount that they do not cover. For example, if your insurance covers 70% your co-pay would be 30%.
For motor vehicle accidents and worker’s comp claims insurance pays 100%.
For people who have other insurance that covers acupuncture, we ask you to pay at time of service and we will give you a form to send to your company for reimbursement. We give a discount to everyone who pays for their treatment at time of service.
CLASSES
THREE TREASURES WEEKLY QIGONG IN EUGENE
These classes are open to everyone.
6:15 pm to 7:30 pm at Kamala’s office at 1844 Lincoln St.
$24 for series of three or $10/class for drop-in
Qigong (life energy practice) helps strengthen your body, open your heart and brighten your spirit. With movement, breath and focused awareness we create a deep heart-mind connection with the field of life force energy in and around us.
These classes will focus on strengthening and opening our lower, middle and upper body respectively. From a qigong perspective, the subtle energy centers in these areas produce and store our “three treasures.” Cultivating and refining our three treasures is a way to stay healthy, feel young and grow emotionally and spiritually. They include:
-
Essence (jing) ( stored in the lower pelvis, influences reproduction, body development and hormone balance)
-
Energy (qi) ( produced in the middle body from breath and food influences vitality and the immune system)
-
Awareness (shen) (stored in the spiritual heart and the upper body and includes our mental capacity and spiritual awareness).
Thursdays, January 25, February 1 and 8th
Focus on lower body: Shaking, walking and free form qigong to strengthen the legs, increase balance, align the pelvis and spine. Walking practice activates the energy channels of the legs and abdomen, and influences the brain
Thursdays, February 22, March 1 and 8
Focus on middle body: Fire Dragon qigong to open chest and free the breath and the heart. This qigong form supports emotional balance and helps to reduce the harmful effects of stress
Thursdays, April 5, 12 and 19
Brighten the Celestial Lights qigong to increase mental clarity and harmonize the upper, middle and lower body. This form loosens the spine and influences the brain.
To Register call (541) 345-2220.
INNER NATURE WOMEN’S GATHERING
This monthly group meets to practice qigong, yoga, meditation and other inspiring activities in nature. Our goal is to foster wellness, expand awareness and transform blocks to creative self-expression in an atmosphere of support and community. The time is
Saturday morning from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. The fee is $15-30. Everyone is invited to bring their own lunch and eat together after 12:30.
The next three meeting dates will be focused on strengthening and opening our lower, middle and upper body respectively. From a qigong perspective, the subtle energy centers in these areas produce and store our “three treasures.” Cultivating and refining our three treasures is a way to stay healthy, feel young and grow emotionally and spiritually.
Please see the entry above about weekly qigong to see a description of these treasures. The weekly qigong held on Thursday evenings at Kamala’s Eugene office will be an extension of the Saturday group for those who want to continue their practice.
Saturday, January 13th - Walking qigong to increase strength and flexibility of the legs, pelvis and lower back. Walking practice activates the energy channels of the legs and abdomen, and influences the brain. We will learn easy yoga postures and self-care acupressure that maintain hormonal balance and health of the reproductive system.
Saturday, February 17th - Fire Dragon qigong to open the chest and solar plexus. This qigong form supports emotional balance and helps to reduce the harmful effects of stress. We’ll learn acupressure self-massage to free the diaphragm and chest, and to aid digestion. We will review the walking forms and yoga postures we learned in January.
Saturday, March 31st – Brighten the Celestial Lights Qigong (Tien Dao Shen Ming Gong) to sharpen awareness and harmonize the upper, middle and lower body. This form loosens the spine and influences the brain. We will practice free form qigong to unwind tension and feel the qi “move by itself.” We will emphasize sitting meditation and visualization to feel our oneness with life.

Universe Within Universe
By Kamala Quale
Today I woke up early and knew I had to go outside. I started to do some qi walking in the yard to calm my mind and let go of the restlessness I had felt all night. There was a thick cloud cover and some wind, but it was not cold. My movements were choppy at first, but I gradually started to feel more comfortable in my body and more focused in my mind.
I decided to walk through one of my favorite places that is a short distance from the house. It is a unique and delightful spot. The undercover from the trees creates an inviting darkness. There is a line of demarcation where you can feel the energy change from backyard to magical forest. Perhaps the allure comes from the shapes and sizes of the trees, the winding path, or the change in light as it shines through the cracks in the tree canopy.
Last week I left some food in this area as an offering to the animals and nature spirits of the place. I wanted to see if it was still there. I looked at the tree nooks that had held the goodies, but there was no trace in sight. Someone had a delicious treat.
The wind had blown down many of the branches overnight, and I started to drag them from the path into piles along the side of the trail. I felt happy and content to be absorbed in the energy of the moment. My mood changed very quickly, and I was grateful. I moved from thinking and brooding, to childlike smiling and exploring.
It feels comforting to be reminded that this place is always here, and it’s only me who forgets. When I say this place is always here, I think of it in two ways. One is the actual spot near my home where I can be in nature. The other is metaphorical: when I tune in to the moment and let it take me somewhere, it always does.
I continue walking along the road. It rained hard last night but right now there are only the drops that fall from the tree limbs. The wind is moving the clouds and reveals patches of sunlight and sometimes a lake of blue sky. The creeks are full and rushing. It feels like they run right through me. My ears like the sound of the moving water, and my nose enjoys the freshness in the air. My heart is full of the beauty and sacredness of life.
The universe of aliveness, sound and color, is happening at the same time that life goes on in every ordinary way. In this same moment people are working, shopping, loving and fighting. Each of us is in our own little world, and we are mostly unaware of the dynamic current that is simultaneously the context and source of our existence.
Today I had the opportunity to move out of my personal world and dance in the larger realm for a while. I invite you to do the same. It’s as close as the present moment.
