My Chinese medicine mentors have shared things that were done in China to prevent and treat the corona virus. I will show you the simple self-care acupressure points they used to help health care workers and others strengthen their immune systems. We’ll also do simple qigong shaking to release nervous tension and revitalize circulation, and I’ll share other health tips for this time.
You can easily do these methods on yourself. In addition you can exchange giving and receiving with others in your household. Sharing caring touch with partners and family fills a need for contact that is different than usual and creates some special time. Watch together and see what can work for you.
