Qigong “waters” the seeds of our lives by enabling us to find our in-the-moment energetic center that we can come back to time after time when stress or challenging life experiences throw us off track. This practice helps us accumulate strength in the body, regulate the breath and calm the mind so we can center within ourselves. With visualization and openheartedness, we connect to nature and those around us.
This 3-week online class will introduce you to the style of qigong that we practice and is a pre-requisite to join the Thursday morning women’s practice group,
