In 2017 I traveled with a group of Classical Chinese Medicine practitioners to Mt Qingchan in Sichuan, China to study directly with Master Wang Qingyu and Dr. Heiner Fruehauf (for more information on these wonderful teachers see www.classicalchinesemedicine.org). For 3 weeks we lived, studied and practiced Jin Jing Gong forms at the beautiful and ancient Buddhist Puzhou Temple deep in the rainforest. It was on this trip that we were trained in the Jin Jing Gong “Sitting Still” Meditation that I would like to share with you at this time.
In this 3 part course we will learn how to practice the 3 successive levels of Sitting Still Meditation. Each class will be 60 minutes in length and include about 15 minutes of shaking to relax and open the body, 15 minutes of technique discussion with questions and answers and 15 to 30 minutes of actual guided practice.
Regular practice of this meditation will recharge and vitalize your body, mind and spirit. This practice cultivates a very powerful self-healing capacity for yourself as well as others that you care for.

The course will be offered Live via ZOOM an interactive online video conference that can be viewed on your laptop, pad or smart phone. A simple link will be emailed to you and you only need to click on it. ZOOM will allow us to practice in the comfort of our own homes and in our favorite places of meditation where our healing qi is already active. If you cannot make a class you can watch at a later date. The complete video course will be emailed to you each week for future reference. Previous qigong experience required.
