Weekly Qigong Practices- Jin Jing Gong 14

In these practice sessions we will continue to refine and practice the JJG 14 form that we learned in the Fall intensive. This qigong form promotes qi and blood flow in the body, helps keep joints and spine flexible, strengthens the muscles, calms the mind, and balances emotions. It is called the Jin Jing Gong 14. The name refers to practices that stretch and strengthen the tendons to open the meridians and align the posture. Tuesdays 8 am – 9 am Pacific time with Guru Hari, starting Sept 29th
Thursdays 8 am – 9 am Pacific time with Kamala, starting Oct 22nd
Saturdays 8 am – 9 am Pacific time with Guru Hari, starting Oct 10th
Fee: These practices and replay videos are free for those who took the September JJG 14 Intensive. If you wish to learn and practice this form in these shorter weekly classes, we ask that you pay the class fee using the form below. Class fee is $50 for newcomers and $35 for repeating students.
